All products are eligible for a refund only if you can prove the item hasn't been painted, tampered with, or damaged in any way after the product has been received. If the product arrived damaged or was damaged by the post, you have 6 months to send it back for a full refund. 

If you change your mind about the product you have purchased, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving it. From the contact date, you will have another 14 days to post the product to us. A full refund will then be issued.

For all types of refunds, you may be asked for proof of purchase. If you cannot provide the subsequent evidence, no refund will be issued. 

Citibus Models does not pay for refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
